Back office coordinator
We are looking for a Back office coordinator to join our team. The inserted figure will have to provide support to the Account Managers of our agency in the daily tasks that will be assigned. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for providing essential support to our agency's Account Managers. Your contribution will be critical to ensuring the success of our business operations.
- Contractual level Internship
- Experience Previous experience, even minimal, is preferred
- Location and working hours Vigonza (PD) - 09:00-13:00, 14:00-18:00
Main roles and responsibilities:
- Manage the commercial and operational tasks entrusted effectively and efficiently, respecting the agency's times, methods and procedures
- Ensure that all documentation relating to commercial contracts is accurate, complete and stored correctly
- Full administrative support to Account Managers, including management of emails, phone calls, communications and agendas
- Actively assist in managing customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Skills and experience:
- Mastery of the services provided by the agency
- Previous experience in back office support, preferably in a commercial or communications agency environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the main IT tools and management software
Nice to have:
- Real interest in the world of communication
- Knowledge of the English language
- Experience in customer growth and development roles from a consultancy perspective
