Year 2022

GOAL

A creative talent acquisition campaign designed to reach GenZ with unique dynamics was launched on social platforms to engage and call to action young candidates for employment in the workshop department.

ART DIRECTION & COMMUNICATION

The concept of the campaign, developed in consultation with our client and carried out with the we-flow co-design method, highlights the multiple opportunities in Arcese. Adopting a creative approach to head-hunting and talent acquisition, we have demonstrated how an employer branding campaign can generate awareness and positioning.

Conveyed on Instagram and TikTok with a dedicated content production, the campaign intercepted the language of the target recipients and the latest trends in terms of verbal expressions, including italics. The results of the campaign, which lasted 3 months, testify to a particularly high engagement proving successful connection between target and content.
