UI/UX Designer
We are looking for a UI UX Designer to join the digital experience team for the creation of digital projects for the agency and its clients.
- Contractual level Commensurate with the experience gained
- Experience At least 2/3 years of experience in a similar role in a communication agency
- Location and working hours Vigonza (PD) - 09:00-13:00, 14:00-18:00
Main roles and responsibilities:
- At least 2/3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a communications agency
- Degree in Design with a focus on User Interface design
- In-depth knowledge of user interface (UI) design principles
- Ability to use design tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe CC and other design and prototyping tools
- Strong aesthetic sensitivity and proven experience in creating engaging and intuitive user interfaces
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with different company functions
- Creativity in generating innovative solutions and problem-solving
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Aesthetic sense and attention to detail
- A propensity to listen and share to effectively communicate outputs to Stakeholders, Clients, Interdisciplinary Teams and Developers
- Ability to work in a group, promoting a harmonious and collaborative climate
Skills and experience:
- At least 2/3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a communications agency
- Degree in Design with focus on User Interface design
- Knowledge of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles
- Ability to use design tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe CC and other design and prototyping tools
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS Advanced A/B testing experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with various company functions
- Creativity in generating innovative solutions and problem-solving
- Fluency in English
- Precision and attention to detail
Nice to have:
- Video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere or similar) and 3D work
- Positivity, enthusiasm, resistance to stress and problem-solving orientation
- Excellent organizational, time management and team collaboration skills
- Real interest in the latest technologies and passion for project development
- Portfolio of different projects that demonstrate skills in the various areas of the UI Design process
